What is a hit stroke?

Symptoms of Heat Stroke:

Ways to prevent:

》Light, wear lax cloth.

》Stay in the house or shade as far as possible.
To go out, use a wide open cap, cap or umbrella for head.

》Outside those who are engaged in work, they can use something of the clothes to cover their head or shoulders.

》Drink lots of water and other fluids. Remember, both sweat and water and salt are removed from the sweat. So drink water like saline, fruit juices, lime etc. along with salt water. Water must be boiled.
Temperature-enhancing beverages, such as tea and coffee, should be as low as possible.

》Stop refraining from doing rugged work in the sun. If these things are possible, please at night or in the morning. If you have to do the day, then you have to take a break for a short period of time, drink plenty of water and saline.

What to do if attacked:
