Researchers here are researching the quality of these plants from different countries and evaluating their merits. It is already known from the test that Rucola is one such plant that can play an effective role in preventing diabetes and even cancer.
Researchers say that scientific research has proven that our body's resistance to diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular and vascular diseases is created by adopting a large number of regular green rukla.

Its green leaf contains several types of health-related chemical substances, such as sulfurafran, thiosanates, iso-thiosanates, indals, and alpha-lipoic acid.
They collectively work against various types of cancer such as prostate, breast, cervical, colon and ovarian cancer.
This sulfurafan prevents the growth of cancer cells by disrupting the effectiveness of enzymes called 'histone deacetylase'.
According to the Australian Rural Industry Research and Development Corporation (RRDC), the resistance of green rock leaves to cancer is much more than the vegetables in the mustard family.
As the green leaf of the Rukolla is used directly in the pizza and salad, it protects from the carcinogenic effects of chlorophyll, heterocyclic amines (which usually gets high on the temperature of the oil, or it is released in the sunlight) on the green leaf.

The leaves can be collected after one month of sowing. Raquel leaf creams, longs and grooves. Apart from the roots, all parts of this plant, such as leaves, flowers, flavored pods and leeks are useful.
However, the most popular as pita is the food. Green fresh fruit of Rukolla is widely regarded as a raw salad with tomato, olive and cheese, after preparing pizza, as pizza topping, serving with pasta and delicious food made with fish and meat.

The origin of the Rukolla is the Mediterranean Sea. In Italy, Rocola is cultivated from Roman times, so it is assumed that Italy's origin is in place. This region and later it spread to different countries and continents.

Rocola is the mustard family (Brassicaceae), a year old plant, weak and green leafy plant, whose scientific name is Eruca sativa. It is the organism of chromosomes in the number 2 = 22 and seeds are the only means of proliferation.

The possibility of Rukla cultivation in Bangladesh:

There is no trace of Rukla cultivation in our country so far.
However, the study of this beneficial plant has been started in the Department of Cultivation and Plant Breeding Department of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University by collecting seeds from Italy first in 2014.
The primary results of the research have shown, this is useful for growing throughout the year in Bangladesh. However, the growth of the leaves and production is the highest in winter.
But the seeds can not be produced throughout the year like leaves, only after winter - this plant produces flowers and seeds at the beginning of spring.
There is a huge potential for rice cultivation in Bangladesh.
Since the production of rukolla leaves is possible throughout the year, it is possible to find fresh leaves throughout the year by creating a small area and 4-5 tubes in the village in the village, on the roof of the house or on the rooftops.
